Fiery Attitude
Hey ladies! I hate that I’m not updating as often as I want to…I’m just so out-of-it from the surgery, I can’t really focus on much. Besides eating Kix and ice cream for breakfast. And trying on different lipsticks for when I’m able to venture outside (and finally have a second date with Handsome Gentleman). To be honest, I’m a little scared to leave the house. You can’t see in the pic, but a little but of hair was shaved above my ears on both sides, and I have these huge-ass stitches. Hence the headband. I know I look a little weird. But somehow, playing with lipstick inside my house makes me feel a bit more confident. Like, I’m so hot WHO CARES if my face resembles an aging spinster’s needlepoint project? I said of this to say, I love, love, love Lancome Rouge in Love Lipstick in Fiery Attitude (hey now!), which is what I’m wearing here. The texture is unbelievable — it’s a whisper-light, velvety matte — and the shade, a deep wine mixed with berry-plum, is so adult. So fall! So me, right now, wearing nothing but a tank top and panties, idly itching at the incisions on my back and dreaming of rejoining the world. Bold, bright, and bionic.
